One month has passed since the 1st Genesis Drop, and finally, the X-day has come! Now it’s time to introduce Common Hunters, playable NFTs with limited earning capability.
This article will shed more light on Common Hunters’ stats, key features, and differences between them and Premium Hunters. Let’s get it started.
The idea
The principal goal of BoomLand has remained the same since the project was founded — to boost mass adoption of Web 3.0 and lower barriers to entering the industry for all gamers and enthusiasts. Common Hunters were designed particularly for those gamers who seek an easy and free gaming experience.
Common Hunters vs. Premium Hunters
Common Hunters are available only in Common rarity. We prepared dedicated chests which contain items for upgrading Hunters of only Common rarity. These chests can be bought and opened at the same rate as Premium ones.
All other Hunters of Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary rarities are called Premium. The Premium Hunters from the 1st Genesis Drop are called Genesis Hunters and have the Legendary Artifact boosting in-game earnings to 100% (only from Premium ones). They also imply additional benefits for Landers.
For the record: Genesis Hunters, each of them minted during the 1st Genesis Drop, remain the most valuable playable NFTs in Hunters On-Chain ever. Owners of Genesis Hunters will get exclusive access to private Discord channels, the Land, and an additional earning boost.
The supply of Genesis Hunters with a Legendary Artifact will never be diluted. They are forever the most rewarding asset.
Although Common Hunters have no artifacts, their stats do not differ from Premium Hunters. In other words, rarity doesn’t define a Hunter’s strength but only amplifies earning potential. Plus, Missions, Daily Quests, and Season Passes will be accessible for both types of Hunter owners.
How to try?
As we announced recently, the release of the Hunters On-Chain Testnet build is planned for March 2023. It will be accessible by Common Hunters. That is implemented to test and balance the in-game economy and its sustainability, as well as to ensure that the influx of Common Hunters doesn’t affect the balance.
In the coming weeks, we will do our utmost to seamlessly launch the test build with Common Hunters, filter your feedback on the game and hence start building the balanced and fun Hunters On-Chain game on the Mainnet.
